The State Government the H.XV. City of La Paz, the H.X.V. Municipality of Mulege, Native Women's Association and Afro Descendants (AMIA), with the support of the State Council of Indigenous Organizations in BCS and the South Californian Institute of Culture, make a cordial invitation to the great Indigenous festival on the occasion of the International Day of Indigenous Women .
 
Within the program of activities of this great celebration will be appreciated various dance performances as pascola, the deer, the dance of the "Concheros" dances "Prehispanic" dance "Azteca" and the traditional dance "Guelaguetza" as well as the Oaxacan Chinese who will be delighting with a parade of regional costumes of the country, as well as exhibitions of handicrafts, food, lectures, music, and many more surprises.
 
Felix Mendoza Santos said that this event is the celebration of the International Day of Indigenous Women, which has been celebrated since 5 September 1782, where she was murdered indigenous heroin Amaica Bartolina Sisa, brave woman who opposed domination and oppression of the Spanish conquistadors in the Andean Ayllu area.
