MAI-SHO-GAKU is a multidisciplinary show where two dance performances styles of Japan, kabuki BUYO and BUTOH, which immersed in the percussive roar taiko drum and ethnic music that adorns it, allow the viewer to appreciate the elegant line of the Shodo calligraphy or. Accompanied with live music, fantastic characters will dance alluding to the basic water and fire. While young MIKO "Shodoka" drawn kanji (Japanese ideograms), to create poems to be printed between huge canvases look as well as the body of the characters themselves.
 
The creation of this show, meet the technique of Kabuki theater, born over 400 years ago and currently recognized as cultural heritage of mankind; and Butoh dance, which emerged in the postwar period and in response to the terrible effects that let drop the atomic bomb on the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The latter dancística current is considered one of the most influential expressions of international contemporary Japanese art.
