Festival Sabores de Baja is an organic food event that preserves the authentic flavors of Baja California, promotes the cuisine of Baja California Sur, its products and traditions. We want to help local people and tourists to know the great variety of dishes and products that are eaten in our land. We seek to promote the consumption of local and seasonal products to collaborate with regional producers. It is an event with cause in benefit and support to the rural area of Miraflores.
It will be held in its third edition at the Restaurant Doña Pame in Villa del Carmen, in Miraflores, who together with important restaurants of our community, will present the traditional dishes of regional cuisine, seeking to promote the culinary culture of southern Baja. California in a campirano environment with music and the typical sudcalifornian folklore.
